Initial Design addresses 3 compelling questions:
- What will it look like?
- How much will it cost?
- How long will it take?
The Initial Design scheme seeks to define the general scope and conceptual design of the project including scale and relationships between the buildings interior components. At the end of the Initial design phase we will provide 3D renderings and/or fly-throughs for your approval. These renderings and fly-throughs will provide you with the opportunity to verify that we have correctly interpreted your needs and that you clearly understand our design concept.
You will also receive accurate detailed budgets and timelines for your project as part of the Initial Design package.
Are you comfortable reading and interpreting Blueprints?
What makes the Verto360 Initial Design (aka The Verto Approach) unique from the way Initial design has been done in the past and is done by the industry is that we do not expect you to approve our designs based on your ability to read and interpret blueprints. Between our 3D renderings, fly-throughs and virtual reality simulation (Oculus RIFT) you will have a realistic and visceral experience of what your new space will look and feel like before giving your approval.
