At Calibrex, they weren’t just looking to update their headquarters—they were ready to make a statement. Their two-story head office and showroom in Newmarket, Ontario needed to reflect their forward-thinking business. As a prominent residential developer, Calibrex knew the challenges of traditional construction all too well: delays, unexpected costs, and endless disruption. A Smarter, Faster Approach

During the initial consultation, Verto360 and Calibrex mapped out the goals for the project, focusing on how to blend design flexibility with cost control. Verto360 introduced ICE software, creating a digital twin of Calibrex’s proposed design. This wasn’t just a pretty rendering—ICE allowed Calibrex to walk through their new space virtually, making real-time changes to layouts and materials. It put them in control.

Changes that would have taken weeks in a traditional build were made on the spot. The ability to visualize these changes and understand their impact on costs instantly saved time, reduced risk, and brought confidence to every decision.

Verto360's smooth process meant that there were no change orders for this build. One small change was added onto the graphics package, and this meant that the price submitted at the start of the project remained unchanged through to completion, highlighting Verto360’s upfront accuracy and ability to prevent unforeseen on-site issues and change notices.
