This client - Bill Woolley - approached us for assistance in creating a new Honda dealership in Cornwall, Ontario - one that had been in the making for decades. An agreement to build a new facility was made all the way back in 1994, with extensive consideration and meticulous planning to follow. In 2016, Bill purchased land for this new facility and worked with the city to extend necessary services to the site to create this new dealership.

A Modern, Flexible and Inviting Dealership that Exceeds Expectations
Ultimately, much like many projects we’re involved in, this client was challenged to create a modern, flexible environment reflective of customers’ expectations, while balancing costs and expenses in a practical and responsible way. He was looking for a modern, aesthetically pleasing dealership space that would be functional for years to come.
By providing interior glass work and doors, and making a recommendation that reduced expenses and improved the space’s look and feel, we were able to offer Bill sound expertise he could rely on to achieve these goals.

Notable Features
Originally, the walls within the new dealership were designed to be 10 feet high, free standing, and secured to the ceiling, with the intention that they could be moved and reconfigured in the future as the team’s needs changed. We recognized that, while possible, this would be more costly than Bill’s budget could allow for.
We recommended that Bill reduce the height of the walls from 10 feet to 8, so that he could save money, maintain the flexibility he needed, and still deliver a modern and appealing look and feel. This recommendation allowed him to meet his core goals without compromising for a lower fit and finish.
