Their goal was to create a space that supported these leaders in inspiring creativity and collaboration, with a challenge to build a modern, dynamic environment that mirror Humber’s high-quality educational offering.

Prefabricated Construction Helping Elevate Faculty and Leadership Spaces in Higher Education

Verto360’s prefabricated construction approach was selected for its precision, efficiency, and flexibility. The project capitalized on cutting-edge software for exact measurements, allowing Humber to incorporate unique design elements, such as angled glass features that enhance the space’s aesthetic and functionality. This approach enabled the creation of a vibrant 24,640 square foot  environment conducive to the mission of Humber College, starting with their faculty and administrative teams.

This transformative space is designed to meet current and future needs, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration among faculty and staff, and a welcoming environment for students who may visit.

I’m not a designer. I can't look at Blueprints and go “oh yes!” They don't pop off the page for me. So, I think what was really great was to have the video rendering sent to us and be able to walk the hallway, see the corners and then make tweaks. We could say, “Okay that doesn't work,” or “That doesn't doesn't look right, let’s change it.”
