When Prime Industrial Electric Corporation set out to retrofit their new office space in Oakville, Ontario, they had a clear goal: speed, precision, and a high-quality finish. As specialists in industrial electrical services, they needed their new space to reflect the forward-thinking nature of their company—while ensuring the process was clean, fast, and with minimal disruption to their daily operations.

Notable Features

Thanks to Verto360 and DIRTT’s modular construction system, Prime Industrial Electric
achieved their vision of a modern, flexible workspace. Here’s how it all came together:

DIRTT Walls with Embedded Tech, Doors, and Casework

These features gave the office a sleek, high-tech finish while maintaining the flexibility to easily reconfigure or expand in the future. We also supplied a pre terminated power solution that made the solution an ease to install. The walls are also all standalone walls that did not have bulkheads above and did not need to run to the deck. The support structure was built into the DIRTT walls to create this modern looking space. We integrated the ceiling grid J mold support system into the DIRTT walls to assist with the drop in ceilings. Low walls were created to break up open work areas and provide power in the open areas.

Zero Change Orders

The entire project was completed with zero change orders, a testament to the precision and careful planning that Verto360 brought to the table.

Speed & Efficiency

With a 21-28 day (4 Weeks for manufacturing and delivery and 3 weeks for installation) turnaround, Verto360 ensured that Prime Industrial Electric’s team was back in the office and operational with minimal downtime.
