Despite the unforeseen challenges posed by COVID-19, the project avoided many traditional construction constraints, completing the 60,000 square foot space with remarkable efficiency and a drastic reduction in change orders and cost increases. This outcome not only demonstrated Verto360’s resilience but also underscored the adaptability and precision of prefabricated construction.
Our new offices are fantastic and came in on budget in a very challenging environment: COVID. Going with prefabricated construction is a large part of the reason why.
